To strengthen our team, we are looking for a full-time Senior Retail Excellence Trainer (m/w/d) from May 2026 onwards.

SENIOR RETAIL EXCELLENCE TRAINER (M/W/D)

Tasks

In this position, you will inspire people,
develop salespeople into Brand Ambassadors and ensure a top-notch customer experience. In this position, you will take over the following tasks:

• Strengthen store employees' analysis and potential recognition
• Create an annual training calendar including training materials
• Conduct personal and virtual trainings
• Teach service standards, sales techniques, and inventory management
• Pass on knowledge about styling, products, and collections
• Foster storytelling in sales
• Support store managers in developing leadership qualities
• Onboard new retail team members
• Mesure the learning outcomes of store teams and optimize training
• Regularly visit stores

Qualification

To do this, you bring the following profile:

• Multiple years of experience in a comparable position at luxury brands
• Passion for excellent service, sales, and brand presentation
• Well-developed training and presentation skills
• High travel readiness and flexibility
