Job description
- As (Senior) Retail Development Manager:in in BILLA Sales, you are responsible for the development and optimization of our digital services (e.g. Click & Collect, qCommerce, Scan & Go) – always with a focus on the needs of our customers.
- Within projects, you steer strategic and operational workstreams independently and continuously analyze our digital services. Your results present convincing decision-making grounds for management.
- In the context of your core activity, you coordinate and moderate regular meetings/workshops and act as an overarching interface between internal and external stakeholders.
- You proactively lead optimization suggestions and suitable measures, which you evaluate and continuously improve in regular coordination with sales support and central departments.
- Through continuous market observation and trend scouting, you are able to identify innovative solutions early on and derive best-practice examples.
