Senior Retail Development Manager: Digital Services
Job description
- As Senior Retail Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our digital services (e.g. Click & Collect, qCommerce, Scan & Go) - always with a focus on the needs of our customers.
- You will independently steer strategic and operational workstreams within projects and continuously analyze our digital services - presenting your results convincingly as decision-making grounds for management.
- In the context of your core activity, you will coordinate and moderate regular meetings/workshops and act as an overarching interface between internal and external stakeholders.
- You will proactively lead optimization suggestions and suitable measures, which you will evaluate and continuously improve in regular coordination with the sales department and central specialist departments.
- Through continuous market observation and trend scouting, you will be able to identify innovative solutions early on and derive best-practice examples.
