Options Autism are hiring Senior Care Workers in the Dumfriesshire region! Role: Senior Residential Care Worker Salary: Up to £30,054 per annum (depending on experience plus sleep in and on call payments) Hours: Full-time, Permanent (39 hours per week) Rolling rota 5 days out of 7, mixture of early and late shifts Location: Closeburn, Dumfriesshire Essential: A full driving licence, and the Right to Work in the UK How we reward you We want our occupants to have the best support possible, and that's why we offer a competitive salary package, including sleep in and on call payments. As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you'll be responsible for leading by example, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. You'll also be expected to: * Develop and maintain positive relationships with occupants, families, and colleagues * Support occupants in their daily routines, including personal care, meal times, and leisure activities * Work closely with other teams, such as therapy and education, to ensure a holistic approach to support * Contribute to the development of individualized care plans and risk assessments * Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to maintain your skills and knowledge.
