Senior / Research Engineer (Process Control) (FAB), IME

A qualified candidate will be self-motivated with strong technical and analytical skills as well as a practical and hands-on approach to engineering process control. Preferably with process engineering experience in semiconductor processes (Wafer/chip bonding, Electroplating, Wet and dry etch, chemical mechanical polishing, Chemical Vapor Deposition, Physical Vapor Deposition, Atomic Layer Deposition). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in materials science, physics, or chemistry, with expertise in process control and optimization. Experience with semiconductor manufacturing processes, including wafer fabrication, chip bonding, and packaging is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or C++ is a plus. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing process control strategies, optimizing process parameters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in translational semiconductor research.
