Tasks

You support the partners with the clear goal of quickly taking over project responsibility and your own mandates. You research and win leadership figures through Direct Search and Business Networks. Direct address is your craft, you convince candidates by phone for a change. You create market analyses, target company lists and candidate profiles and accompany searches end-to-end until contract signing.

Qualification

First experience in recruitment or the clear will to get started there. Communication strength on eye level with candidates and decision-makers. Analytical curiosity and joy in researching business networks and databases. Ability to think from the perspective of the opposite party.
