Aufgaben

• Implementation of leading projects in the retail field and innovative ideas
• Professional responsibility for individual topics within the development team
• Ongoing improvement of products and processes
• Interface between different stakeholders – internal and external – and close cooperation with customer representatives and development teams
• Feasibility analysis from requirements analysis in relation to technical solutions, cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance
• Stakeholder needs analysis including evaluation and development of tailored solution concepts
• Analysis, prioritization, and formulation of complex requirements for individual real-life solutions
• Presentation of customer requirements and forwarding to IT development teams

Qualifikation

• You have a completed degree in the field of Computer Science
• You possess several years of professional experience as a Requirements Engineer, Business Analyst, or a comparable position
• You can demonstrate fundamental knowledge in the application of standards such as OOA & UML, BPMN, or ER-Modellierung
• You are experienced in agile or iterative working methods and familiar with modeling tools
• You possess a deep understanding of customer needs and work solution-oriented
• Most importantly, you enjoy teamwork and interdisciplinary communication
• You have very good German language skills
