Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst

About the role | Mo te mahi We are looking for a Senior Reporting and Insights Analyst to lead the delivery of high-quality operational and management reporting and analysis across the organisation. This role is central to ensuring senior leaders, ELT and the Board are well informed and equipped to make effective decisions. You'll deliver end-to-end reporting that is timely, accurate and actionable, using data storytelling and visualisation to turn complex information into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and delivering high-quality reports and analysis to support business decision-making; • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and develop solutions that meet those needs; • Maintaining and updating existing reports and dashboards to ensure they remain relevant and effective; • Providing expert advice on data visualisation, storytelling, and presentation techniques to enhance the impact of reports and insights.
