As a (Senior) Relationship & Recruiting Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for filling challenging specialist and project positions in the industrial and energy sectors. You will guide freelancers from the initial contact to successful placement and work closely with our account management.
With your intuition for people, your view of the market, and your passion for recruiting, you will identify the best experts, conduct interviews, develop sustainable talent pools, and advise clients and candidates as a trusted point of contact. At the same time, you will contribute your own ideas, optimize processes, and actively contribute to the growth of our business.

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process for filling exciting national and international positions in cross-functional areas – from project managers, SAP and PLM specialists, to engineering roles – working closely with our account management in a 180° model.
• You will monitor the current candidate market and act as an expert on recruiting topics for our clients and consultants.
• You will actively search for experts on various business portals, pitch the position to be filled, and enthuse potential candidates about us and our clients.
• You will analyze CVs and conduct interviews to ensure an optimal fit and make the best pre-selection for your projects.
• You will support your experts throughout the entire placement process from initial contact to successful placement, negotiate conditions, and provide advisory support.
• You will ensure a comprehensible and good structure in our CRM and expand the candidate pool.
• You will work closely with account management and support several major clients.

• Ideally, you have initial professional experience in recruiting cross-functional positions in the industrial and energy sectors or related fields, and you are familiar with the personnel services industry.
• You can demonstrate initial successes in developing effective recruiting strategies and know how to build a candidate pipeline.
• You are proficient in using common tools and are willing to break new ground to find the best experts.
• You have experience in data management of CRM data.
• You have a passion for the people business, proactively approach people, and enjoy communicating with various stakeholders.
• You enjoy improving and actively shaping processes.
• You embody a results-oriented work approach with a high degree of initiative and perseverance.
• Ideally, you hold a university degree in business administration or a related field.
• You have very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and fluent English (minimum B2-C1 level).
