Senior Rehabilitation Counsellor

Job description

We are seeking passionate and driven Senior Rehabilitation Counsellors to join our Metro Sydney team in Alexandria and Parramatta. You will have the responsibility of a true Senior including mentoring junior consultants and leading the way in demonstrating our values!

We offer tailored progression pathways to suit your skills and interests – become our next CTP Specialist, Medicolegal Assessor, Subject Matter Expect, Portfolio Manager, Relationship Manager, Technical Specialist or Team Manager!

About You:
  • Rehabilitation Counsellor (with full ASORC membership) or Registered Psychologist (with full AHPRA registration)
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
  • Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
