Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager

Kia ora! We’re looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to join our awesome team based in Newmarket on a 9 month contract. Is this your next role? Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of all regulatory returns and compliance reporting for Heartland Bank Limited (HBL). You will also lead the day-to-day management of the Regulatory Reporting team, ensuring the operational delivery of regulatory returns that are accurate, complete and compliant with relevant regulations. This role is critical to maintaining HBL’s reputation as a responsible and compliant financial institution. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing processes and procedures for regulatory reporting; • Ensuring all regulatory returns are submitted accurately and on time; • Collaborating with the Group Treasurer and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
