Senior Red Team Operator

We are NOT looking for vulnerability scanners. We are looking for Operators. ‍☠️ About the Role: Codnesia Kreativ Labs is expanding our offensive security operations. We are actively seeking a Senior Red Team Operator with proven, hands-on experience executing real-world exploitation in enterprise environments. This role is strictly focused on active offensive operations. If your experience is limited to running automated tools, compliance-based testing, or lab environments (CTFs), this is not the right opportunity for you. As a Senior Red Team Operator, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced persistent threat (APT) campaigns, conducting reconnaissance, identifying vulnerabilities, and exploiting them to achieve strategic objectives. You will also be expected to maintain situational awareness, track and analyze adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), and develop effective countermeasures. This role requires a deep understanding of the kill chain and the ability to think strategically about how to disrupt and defeat adversaries.
