Senior Recycling Key Account Manager

Location: Warsaw

Your responsibilities

• Achieving the Company's purchasing strategy goals, set purchasing plans, and budget execution in Poland.
• Planning and execution of the purchasing budget.
• Monitoring the achievement of purchasing goals.
• Ensuring competitive purchase rates for services from the Company's contractors.
• Preparing quotations, cost calculations, and offers for clients.
• Conducting cost analyses to assess project profitability.
• Negotiating commercial contracts.
• Building and developing a supplier network.
• Maintaining contact with current Company contractors.
• Establishing contact with new and potential Company contractors.
• Cooperating with recycling plants and waste processing facilities.
• Analyzing the Company's competitor activities and monitoring market prices and industry trends.
• Collaborating with other Company departments to optimize purchasing volume and budget.
• Representing the Company and its interests in relations with contractors and public authorities/bodies.
• Participating in industry events.

Our requirements

• Higher education, preferably in environmental protection-related fields.
• Knowledge of the recycling industry, experience in the waste industry.
• Practical knowledge of waste management processes and market conditions.
• Good knowledge of the waste recipients and processors market.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in trading or purchasing secondary raw materials.
• Ability to analyze costs and assess project profitability.
• Knowledge of environmental protection laws, including the Act on Packaging Waste Management, and the ability to apply them in practice.
• Highly developed leadership competencies: effective communication, motivation, problem-solving.
• Experience in team management.
• Experience in independently conducting strategic negotiations.
• Strong orientation towards achieving business goals and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Analytical approach to sales funnel management.
• Knowledge of English, written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level.
• Valid driving license category B.
• Readiness for frequent business travel.
• Efficient use of MS Office programs;
