The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Auckland team. In this role, you'll drive end-to-end recruitment solutions within your specialist area, delivering outstanding results for clients and candidates alike. You'll build new business, strengthen existing partnerships, and identify top-tier talent to meet market demand. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow your client portfolio through strategic business development.
• Build and manage a robust candidate pipeline within your specialisation.
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle - from sourcing to placement.
• Provide consultative advice on hiring needs, salary trends, and talent strategies.
• Deliver exceptional experiences for both clients and candidates.
• Share insights on market trends and industry developments.
• Participate in internal events, CSR initiatives, and networking opportunities.

About You
You're an experienced 360-degree recruiter or proven B2B sales professional with at least 3+ years of business development experience. You're consultative, adaptable, and commercially astute. Collaboration drives you, problem-solving excites you, and delivering high-quality outcomes is your passion.
