We are rapidly expanding into the US and hiring a senior, delivery-focused recruiter to support increasing US client demand. What you'll do: Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for our US-based clients, leveraging your expertise in identifying top talent and building strong relationships. Drive high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best-fit candidates for our clients' needs. Provide exceptional client service, ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the search process.
