(Senior) Recruiting & People Manager (m/w/d)

What You Can Expect from Us

You are the driving force behind our global growth. As (Senior )Recruiter & People Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, actively finding the right talents and designing strategic people & culture projects with.

Recruiting & Active Sourcing (70–80%)

• You are responsible for the entire recruiting process – from analyzing requirements with hiring managers to contract signing
• You source actively on LinkedIn and speak to talents directly and persuasively
• You develop our recruiting strategy further: channels, employer branding, personal marketing
• You bring our leaders to a new level - with structured interview guides, assessment tools, and feedback frameworks

People & Culture Projects (20–30%)

Depending on your strengths and the current recruiting volume, you will actively design:

• Performance- & Engagement-Prozesses sowie Pulse Surveys (Tool: Lattice)
• HR Business Partnering at our locations in Munich, Amsterdam, Paris, Barcelona, and Warsaw
• Trainings, Workshops, and Leadership Enablement Formats
• Digitalization of People Processes and HR Analytics
• Integration of AI into our corporate culture - together with the IT team

You Bring

• A completed degree in business administration, human resources management, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in recruiting, active sourcing, and/or HR Business Partnering
• Demonstrable successes in direct approach and building talent pipelines
• Experience with sourcing strategies, tools, and HR systems, ideally Personio
• Sure handling of various target groups and departments
• Hands-on mentality, self-responsibility, enjoyment of dynamics and international environment
• Affinity to AI, new technologies, and social media
• Fluent German and English
