You are responsible for the recruitment at Cotinga comprehensively – operationally and conceptually.

This means: you do not just fill positions, but actively develop our recruitment approach.

• End-to-End Recruiting: Responsibility for the entire recruitment process across all areas (administration, accounting, process management, holding)
• Kandidatenpipeline aufbauen: Building and steering a sustainable pipeline through active sourcing and targeted talent pool
• Interviews führen: Conducting first interviews, especially for senior profiles, and ensuring high selection quality
• Recruiting weiterentwickeln: Optimizing processes, channels, and time-to-hire, as well as developing our recruitment setup
• Employer Branding & HR Support: Strengthening our employer brand and supporting HR topics such as onboarding or administrative processes
