By joining our team, you will work Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00. If you are based in one of Accenture's locations, you will be expected to work fully on-site from our offices in Bucharest, Brasov, Cluj-Napoca, Iasi, Timisoara, or Targu Mures during the onboarding and training period. Once training is completed and you are fully integrated into the project, the transition to a hybrid working model will take place gradually, with the number of office days decreasing progressively.

If you are based in another location in Romania and have relevant experience in the recruitment field, we can also offer a fully remote working arrangement.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Deliver end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management;
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs;
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and efficient process execution;
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, compliance, and adherence to SLAs and internal standards.

Skills that make your work successful:

• You have at least B2 Dutch & English language skills;
• Bachelor’s degree mandatory;
• At least 1 year previous experience in Recruiting area; ideally 3-5 years;
• Negotiation skills;
• You communicate easily;
• You are a team-player;
• You can solve urgent matters.
