Senior Recruiter - Full Time (m/f/d)

Starting immediately, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter - Full Time (m/f/d) on a full-time basis at our location in downtown Hamburg.

In this position, you will conduct structured qualification interviews with applicants that we generate for our clients through social media campaigns. You will check whether an applicant is a professional and personal fit for the respective company – and then schedule the interviews. This role requires a sense of responsibility, process reliability, and a structured way of working. You will work closely with our project managers and ensure that our clients are only presented with suitable applicants.

We are an advertising agency that helps craft businesses receive more applications from skilled workers in the region through innovative social media strategies. We market medium-sized companies as attractive employers on social networks and generate applications for their craft positions. To do this, we are looking for new recruiters (m/f/d) to contact these applicants and schedule job interviews with our clients.

Areas of Responsibility:

• You will conduct preliminary telephone interviews with applicants generated through our campaigns

• You will check whether applicants are suitable for the respective position – based on clear criteria

• You will make a preliminary selection and organize interviews with our clients

• You will carefully document all interview results in our applicant management system

• You will provide applicants with relevant information about the job and the employer

• You will work according to fixed interview guides and standardized processes

Salary: Senior Recruiter (m/f/d): €5,100 gross per month.
The onboarding phase typically lasts 2–4 months.

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a completed degree in business administration, marketing, or human resources

• Several years of relevant professional experience (at least 5 years) in the areas of recruiting, project management, or personnel marketing

• Strong analytical-methodical and structured thinking, high organizational skills, results and solution orientation, as well as team orientation, coupled with a confident demeanor, independent working style, and a high level of communication skills

• The ability to not only follow existing processes but also to actively optimize and further develop them

• Very quick comprehension and strong discipline

• Excellent communication skills and a strong sense for precision

• Stylistically confident, clean, and error-free written expression in German
