Senior Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)

We are opening a new, central position in our team: a person who understands recruiting not as a task, but as a craft and a lever for company success. You will take responsibility for filling roles across all functions and seniority levels – from subject matter experts to leadership positions – while actively shaping how talent acquisition continues to grow structurally and strategically with us.

We are looking for someone who has already arrived in recruiting – with solid practical experience, a clear understanding of the mechanics of good processes, and the ambition to actively shape the area. You move confidently between operational excellence and strategic foresight, between speed and precision, between consulting and clear communication with stakeholders up to C-level.

What you will achieve

Operational Excellence

• End-to-end responsibility for the entire recruiting process across all functions and levels, with structured, competency-based interview guidance with a high standard of quality and fairness

• Sparring partner for hiring managers, leadership, and C-level, from requirement refinement to the final decision

• Management of multiple critical searches simultaneously, with transparent communication to stakeholders and candidates and a candidate experience that convinces even under time pressure

• Active sourcing, targeted market penetration, and building strategic talent pools for recurringly in-demand profiles

Planning, Reporting, and Management

• Discussion with hiring managers about needs, currently around 30 hires in the coming year including replacements

• Management of the budget for job advertisements and optimization of channels by performance

• Definition of recruiting KPIs, increase in funnel conversion, and consistent refinement in case of bottlenecks

• Regular reporting of recruiting key figures, especially for business reviews

Strategic Development of TA

• Further development of Talent Acquisition in close coordination with the Head of People & Culture, structurally, procedurally, and strategically

• Development of active search strategies and building external partnerships for more effective recruiting

• Responsibility for recruiting tools and systems, from selection to optimization, with clean, reliable recruiting data and defined process standards

• Continuous process development, including evaluating the sensible use of AI in recruiting

WHAT YOU BRING

• Several years of demonstrable recruiting experience, ideally across multiple functions and seniority levels, including managing complete recruiting processes and the tool landscape

• Experience in discussing needs with hiring managers and reporting to senior stakeholders

• A solid understanding of structured, data-based processes and active sourcing

• Analytical thinking for funnels, key figures, and process quality

• Confident demeanor when dealing with senior stakeholders up to management level

• Sovereignty, negotiation skills, and the courage to clearly and respectfully voice even uncomfortable recommendations

• The ability to dive deep operationally while maintaining a strategic overview

• A "do-it" mindset, team spirit, self-confidence, and a solution- and goal-oriented way of working

• Resilience and a cool head when multiple critical searches are running simultaneously

• Native-level German language skills and fluent English skills
