Job Title: Senior Recruiter – Non IT Location: Bangalore (On-site only) Experience: 5–8 years Startup experience preferred Role Summary We are looking for a Senior Recruiter – Non IT to drive end-to-end hiring for business, operations, SCM, retail, and corporate functions. This role is purely focused on recruitment, handling 7–10 positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to closure) Handle 7–10 active positions at any given time Ensure timely and efficient processing of job requisitions Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate progress and status Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize recruitment needs Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-hire Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. This role is purely focused on recruitment, handling 7–10 positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
