selectry is an AI-powered HR Tech Startup with its seat in Berlin. We help companies find the right talents faster through intelligent automation, structured processes, and a candidate-matching system that works.

Your tasks

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: You steer the entire recruiting process independently from the first identification of suitable candidates to contract signing.

• Active Sourcing: You use LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels for targeted, personalized direct outreach and know how to develop and implement complex search strategies.

• Talent Pool Building: You think beyond the current position and build sustainable talent pools that deliver long-term value.

• Competence-Based Interviews: You conduct structured interviews based on competence models and assess candidates comprehensively and transparently.

• KPI-Guided Recruiting: You analyze relevant recruiting key figures, identify optimization potential, and set measures in place.

• Candidate Experience: You ensure that every interaction with selectry as an employer leaves a positive impression – from the first approach to the decision.

• Hiring Manager Consulting: You advise internal stakeholders on job profiles, market conditions, and recruiting strategy at eye level, not as a service provider.

• Employer Branding: You actively participate in recruiting and employer branding projects and co-design how selectry is perceived as an employer brand.

Your profile

You bring:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in recruiting – ideally with a focus on sales recruiting, executive search, or demanding specialist and leadership positions.

• Proven experience in active sourcing and developing complex search strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, MultiChannel).

• Experience in independently steering the entire recruiting process from A to Z.

• Familiarity with modern recruiting tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, possibly AI-based tools).

• Excellent communication and consulting skills – you advise hiring managers confidently and represent recruiting decisions with substance.

• Structured, data-oriented working style – you make decisions based on numbers, not just gut feeling.

• German language skills at C2 level (KO criterion).

• English language skills at least at C1 level (KO criterion).

Nice to have:

• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Affinity for AI-based recruiting processes and HR Tech.

• Experience in building talent pools and candidate relationship management.
