Senior Recruiter (m/f/d)

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for filling operational and logistics-related positions for our client. You will not only be executing but also actively shaping the recruiting process – in an environment that is developing rapidly and where initiative is required.

Responsibilities

• You will bring the complete application process to a successful conclusion – from search to signature, with a focus on commercial positions
• You will plan and moderate applicant and selection days yourself
• You will be the interface between specialist departments, external personnel service providers, and the employer branding team
• You will proactively approach candidates through various channels and keep our talent pool up-to-date
• You will conduct interviews in a structured and targeted manner – also for commercial roles
• You will keep an eye on your recruiting numbers and use them to continuously improve processes

Qualifications

• Recruiting experience, ideally in building new teams in a commercial environment
• A degree or comparable qualification
• An understanding of the logistics labor market in the region
• Communication talent, organizational skills, and an independent, structured way of working
• Very good German, good English skills
