Senior Recruiter (m/w/d)

An international leading service company specializing in operational business processes and service management has entrusted us with the task of finding a Senior Recruiter. With a global presence and a large number of employees at numerous locations worldwide, the company is one of the most significant providers in its industry. The company is specialized in optimizing business processes and supports its customers with innovative service solutions. The company is currently undergoing a phase of professionalization and growth with the goal of optimizing recruiting processes and increasing the quality of personnel acquisition.

You will work as a trusted partner to the business departments and play a significant role in professionalizing the recruitment function. This position offers you the opportunity to actively shape the recruiting processes. You will work in a growing company with diverse tasks and work closely to the business. You will relieve management of their expertise and bring new impulses to the recruitment landscape at the same time. This is a role for someone who sees recruiting not as a necessity, but as an exciting, action-packed activity with real impact.

Tasks

• You will be fully responsible for recruiting in the Corporate Functions area (Finance, Controlling, Legal, HR, Payroll, Sales, Business Development)
• You will conduct needs analyses and develop job profiles in close coordination with hiring managers
• You will conduct active sourcing and manage candidate management with high volume and quality requirements
• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process from start to finish
• You will communicate proactively and maintain regular exchange with stakeholders
• You will build talent pools and maintain candidate networks
• You will contribute to professionalizing the recruiting processes in the company

Qualification

• You bring several years of recruiting experience, most of which is from in-house recruitment
• You have experience with recruiting in the Corporate Functions area (e.g. Finance, Controlling, HR, Legal)
• You bring a strong passion for recruiting – you don't see this as a necessity, but as a genuine calling
• You are characterized by high levels of independence and proactivity
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset with real ownership mentality
• You are reliable, resilient, and assertive
• You excel in communication skills and stakeholder management
• You work safely with recruiting tools and Microsoft Excel
• You speak very good German and English
