We are looking for you as soon as possible in full-time (40 hours per week) as

Senior Recruiter (w/m/d)

for our service office and our restaurant operations nationwide. Your headquarters will be in Munich (Kustermannpark near Ostbahnhof).

As a Senior Recruiter (w/m/d) you are part of our HR People & Development Team and will further develop the recruiting area and take it to the next level. With us, you will work in a dynamic environment with short decision-making processes and at the same time benefit from the structures and development opportunities of the international Vermaat Group (with the brands L&D, tailor made catering, Die Kochmanufaktur, Join Program) with around 145 operations in Germany.

WHAT IT'S ABOUT

• Management of the entire recruiting process for our four brands nationwide

• Development and implementation of modern recruiting strategies for attracting skilled workers and executives

• Contact person for hiring managers and executives on all recruiting matters

• Advising specialist departments on job profiles, recruiting strategies, and the labor market

• Active sourcing via LinkedIn, Xing, and other platforms

• Analysis of relevant recruiting metrics and derivation of suitable measures

• Support and further development of our applicant management system (Personio)

• Setup and optimization of recruiting processes, standards, and interview guides

• Participation in employer branding and social recruiting

• Part of the People & Development Team for topics such as personnel development, employer branding, talent management, onboarding, employee retention, process optimization, KPIs, and HR projects.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or degree and 4 – 6 years of experience in personnel management with a focus on recruiting.

• Basic knowledge of recruiting instruments and channels, as well as active sourcing

• Strong communication skills, as well as a reliable and confident demeanor

• High level of empathy and resilience with the enthusiasm to win colleagues over for the company

• Team spirit, flexibility, and a structured way of working

• Independent & conscientious work, hands-on mentality, and creativity

• Proficient in the use of all common MS Office applications

• Experience in social media recruiting desirable

• Very good German and English skills
