💡 Your Mission

You are a sparring partner for the departments and drive recruiting to a new level:

• Steering the entire recruiting process (End-to-End)
• Advising executives on strategies, channels, and selection processes
• Active sourcing and filling demanding positions (e.g. IT, Sales, Product, Corporate Functions)
• Conducting interviews at eye level – professionally, structured, and convincing
• Ensuring a top-notch candidate experience
• Developing modern recruiting approaches and channels

Tasks

🧠 This is what you bring with you

• Several years of experience in recruiting (approx. 5+ years)
• Ideal background in personnel services or dynamic corporate structures
• Sovereign demeanor, counseling competence, and negotiation skills
• Experience with modern recruiting tools & active sourcing
• Very good German and English skills
