Tasks

What's your contribution?

• You search, find, and win suitable specialists through relevant channels
• You build a network that keeps you in constant contact regarding our projects
• You conduct personal and telephone interviews to support the candidates and convince them of your project
• You exchange with account management and are informed about all details of the position and the client
• You accompany the entire recruiting process from initial contact to placement

Qualification

Who are you?

• You have first-hand experience in recruitment and are familiar with personnel services, if possible
• You're enthusiastic about active candidate search and enjoy conducting telephone and personal interviews
• You're a personality with strengths and weaknesses, especially with a lot of motivation and the necessary self-confidence to be successful in your daily work
• You're an organizational talent: reliability, time management, and prioritization. Ideally, you've already demonstrated this in your previous positions.
