ABOUT THE ROLE: Join our team as a Specialized Recruiter in the Mining industry and dive into transformative projects across the Middle East! In this dynamic role, you will manage key placements and drive business growth across the Middle East, offering unique opportunities to shape careers and impact the recruitment industry. As a Senior Recruiter (Mining), you will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs • Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements • Conducting interviews and assessments to identify top talent • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted sourcing plans • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in the Mining sector • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process • Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly targets for placements, time-to-hire, and candidate satisfaction • Participating in regular performance reviews and goal-setting discussions with your supervisor • Maintaining accurate records of all recruitment activities, including candidate data, job postings, and interview notes • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements throughout the recruitment process • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed • Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge • Collaborating with other teams (e.g., HR, Operations) to ensure seamless integration of recruitment activities into overall business objectives • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion • Working independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals • Traveling occasionally for business purposes (up to 10% of the time) • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or management team.
