Job description
Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid–senior level roles • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs • Build and manage strong talent pipelines • Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates • Coordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process Requirements • 5 years of non-tech recruitment experience • Should have global hiring experience. • Proven experience in leadership hiring • Strong communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
