Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Reconciliation Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all reconciliation processes within the bank. This includes reviewing and verifying transactional data, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and providing timely feedback to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: * Review and verify transactional data to ensure accuracy and completeness; * Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner; * Provide timely feedback to stakeholders on the status of reconciliation processes; * Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes; * Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including business partners and team members. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, accounting, business administration); * At least 5 years of experience in reconciliation or related field; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word); and * Familiarity with banking systems and processes.
