Senior Radar Systems Engineer - ATM & Surveillance Projects

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore is seeking an esteemed engineer for their Next Generation Programme Office. This role involves managing the lifecycle of next-generation Radar Systems, ensuring projects align with objectives and comply with regulations. Applicants should have a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 3-5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include project management, stakeholder engagement, and vendor oversight. Successful candidates will initially be responsible for reviewing and understanding project requirements, developing project plans, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion. Key responsibilities also include: • Developing and maintaining project schedules, resource allocation, and budget tracking; • Coordinating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project deliverables; • Conducting regular status updates and progress reporting; • Collaborating with vendors to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations; • Providing technical guidance and support to team members; • Ensuring all projects are completed in accordance with the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore's policies, procedures, and standards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working on complex projects. In addition, candidates should be familiar with radar systems, surveillance technologies, and ATM (Air Traffic Management) concepts.
