Senior Quantity Surveyor - PQS

Senior Quantity Surveyor opportunity with a leading professional cost and project management consultancy in Birmingham. This firm has a great range of work on offer with clients chiefly in the private sector including areas such as leisure and hospitality, residential and commercial sectors. They work on a large range of projects including both programmes of refurbishment works as large as multi-million pound new build construction. This role will focus initially on a programme of works for clients in the retail and leisure sectors.

This is an extremely professional construction consultancy who enjoy a great reputation with clients and who also have an extremely positive and proactive attitude towards training and development. We're now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

We're looking ideally for an experienced Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor from a construction consultancy or client side background. You should have a relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Construction Management or similar and you will also need to already be based within commuting distance of Birmingham city centre. This role will also require some travel.
