Senior Quantity Surveyor – Construction Industry
Job description
RPO Recruitment's client, is currently in search of a proactive Senior Quantity Surveyor who can join their team in Cape Town
Requirements:
- Quantity Surveying degree/diploma
- Building industry experience of at least 12+ years
- Excellent understanding and experience of JBCC contracts and relevant QS responsibilities under these contracts
- Good understanding of the industry and commercial obligations.
- Proven site monitoring skills required to control progress and prepare monthly claims
