Senior Quantity Surveyor - Construction Industry

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in the multi-disciplinary building industry. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction projects, ensuring that costs are managed effectively and projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour, and time. Ensure that all costs are accurately accounted for and that the project is completed within budget. Manage and control project costs, including monitoring and reporting on project expenditure. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly coordinated. Ensure that all contractual and financial obligations are met, and that the project is completed on time and within budget. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. 10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in quantity surveying. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
