Key Responsibilities Design, refine, and optimize quantitative trading strategies using proprietary platforms. Analyze large-scale financial datasets to identify patterns, insights, and alpha opportunities. Collaborate closely with traders, portfolio managers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective trading strategies. Develop and maintain complex mathematical models and algorithms for risk management, portfolio optimization, and market analysis. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in quantitative finance, machine learning, and data science to continuously improve research methodologies and trading systems. Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to the development of best practices within the team. Contribute to the design and implementation of new trading platforms, tools, and technologies to support business growth and innovation. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize research initiatives that drive business value. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including traders, portfolio managers, and other researchers to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide expert-level guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and analysts to help them develop their skills and expertise. Participate in the development of research papers, presentations, and reports to communicate findings and insights to internal and external audiences. Contribute to the development of business cases and proposals for new research initiatives and projects.
