Responsibilities: • Ensure the quality of products and services from design to delivery; • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures; • Collaborate with various departments, including production, engineering, and quality control; • Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures; • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards; • Identify and address potential quality issues; • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality-related topics. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality control); • At least 5 years of experience in a quality-related role; • Strong knowledge of quality control principles and procedures; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word).
