Senior Quality Engineering Coordinator

What You'll Be Doing (position summary): The Senior Quality Engineering Coordinator is accountable for leading and managing quality engineering and assurance activities across a program, workstream, or multiple projects/initiatives. This role ensures the development, execution, and continuous improvement of test strategies, plans, automation, and quality standards to support the delivery of high-quality technology solutions. The Senior Quality Engineering Coordinator adds value by driving best practices, fostering collaboration, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive quality engineering processes and procedures. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality engineering initiatives. • Designing, implementing, and maintaining test automation frameworks and tools. • Conducting quality assurance activities, including testing, auditing, and compliance assessments. • Providing expert-level guidance and support to project teams on quality engineering best practices and standards. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with quality engineering initiatives. What You'll Need (requirements): • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering, testing, or a related field. • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies. • Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium). • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, HIPAA). • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects/initiatives.
