Senior Quality Engineer

To ensure the accomplishment of Quality System in all productive areas, according to customer specific requirements accomplishment, launching and audits. Manage the Quality Auditors reporting to the position, as well as following up required training or skills increasement, and corporate and organizational objectives accomplishment. Ensure the proper follow up for all the Quality Requirements of the customers in the assigned Projects, and the Quality requirements defined as BOS/IOS. Management of the Quality System shall be performed according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that all activities are carried out in accordance with the established procedures and standards. This includes but is not limited to: conducting audits, identifying and addressing non-conformities, implementing corrective actions, and verifying the effectiveness of these actions. In addition, the Senior Quality Engineer shall ensure that all records and documentation related to quality are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The position also involves collaboration with other departments such as Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure that quality objectives are met. The Senior Quality Engineer will be responsible for reporting to management on the status of quality activities and providing recommendations for continuous improvement. This includes but is not limited to: identifying opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes, and monitoring the effectiveness of these changes.
