About the Role:

We're currently seeking an experienced Senior Functional Tester with strong hands-on experience across Kronos (Workforce Management) and SAP integration testing. This is a great opportunity to join a high-profile enterprise program and work alongside a collaborative team delivering large-scale system transformation.

Responsibilities: Lead and execute end-to-end functional testing across Kronos, SAP HCM/Payroll and integrated enterprise systems Develop test strategies, test plans, and detailed test cases aligned with business and technical requirements Perform system integration, regression, and UAT support to ensure seamless data flow between Kronos and SAP Liaise with business users, developers, and vendors to manage defects and drive quality outcomes Contribute to continuous improvement of testing practices and documentation standards Essential Skills and Experience: Proven Functional Testing experience (minimum 5+ years) across complex enterprise applications Strong hands-on Kronos testing experience - Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Workforce modules Demonstrated integration testing experience between Kronos and SAP HCM / Payroll (or similar systems) Ability to analyse data and interface mappings between systems Proficient in defect management tools (e.g. JIRA, HP ALM) and testing documentation Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Desirable Skills: Exposure to Workday or SuccessFactors Experience with automation frameworks or scripting (nice to have) Understanding of HR, Payroll, and Workforce processes ISTQB Certification
