Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our quality engineering group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize quality improvement initiatives. * Conduct audits and assessments of quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. * Identify and report quality issues and trends, and develop corrective actions to address these issues. * Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to measure performance and track progress towards goals. * Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control processes and procedures. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance). * 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field. * Strong understanding of quality control principles and practices. * Experience with auditing and assessment of quality systems, processes, and procedures. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality assurance). * 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field. * Certification in quality control or auditing (e.g., ASQ, ISO 9001).
