Senior Quality Engineer - Post-Vehicle Automotive

We are looking for a senior quality engineer to lead a project on implementing a quality system in the post-vehicle automotive sector, responsible for evaluating, diagnosing and improving service processes in authorized workshops. The profile will work on standardizing processes, implementing quality plans and ensuring the correct execution of continuous improvement programs in post-vehicle, guaranteeing uniformity, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Main Activities:

• Evaluate processes and technical capabilities in automotive service workshops.
• Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement in post-vehicle processes.
• Design and implement specific quality plans for each workshop.
• Prepare manuals and documentation of processes and operations.
• Follow up on the execution of action plans and implemented improvements.
• Coordinate and communicate findings and recommendations with different levels of the organization.
• Ensure standardization and continuous improvement in service processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.
• Desirable postgraduate studies or certifications in quality management, continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) or process administration.
• 4 years of experience in quality assurance, process standardization or continuous improvement, preferably in workshops or automotive services.
• Experience in process diagnosis, deviation identification and action plan design.

The position requires a willingness to travel frequently throughout the republic.
