Senior Quality Control & Supplier Quality Specialist (m/f/d)

As Senior Quality Control & Supplier Quality Specialist, you will play a central role in ensuring and further developing our supplier quality along the entire supply chain. You will work closely with internal teams and international suppliers, identify quality risks early on, and drive sustainable improvement measures.

Your contribution guarantees that our UAVs can be used reliably, precisely, and powerfully worldwide - and thus secure Quantum-Systems' technological leadership position.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Conducting incoming goods inspections and random outgoing goods checks based on technical drawings and specifications

• Establishing, maintaining, and further developing inspection and documentation processes (digital & standardized)

• Creating, tracking, and escalating complaints (8D, NCRs) in close coordination with suppliers

• Analyzing root causes and deriving and tracking sustainable corrective and preventive measures

• Developing and monitoring supplier key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating and improving performance

• Actively participating in supplier development (e.g., audits, reviews, improvement programs)

• Close collaboration with purchasing, development, and production for preventive quality assurance

What you bring to the team:

• Completed technical education (e.g., aerospace, mechatronics, materials engineering, model making, or similar)

• Several years of experience in quality assurance with a focus on supplier management / supplier quality

• Sound knowledge of complaint management (e.g., 8D), root cause analysis, and quality methods (Core Tools)

• Experience in handling technical drawings, specifications, and inspection processes

• Strong quality awareness and a structured, independent way of working

• Strong communication skills and assertiveness in dealing with internal stakeholders and external suppliers

• Affinity for UAVs and aerospace technology is an advantage

• Very good German and English skills
