Senior Quality Assurance Lead (AWS Lex and Google Dialogflow)

Job Description We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to drive the quality strategy, validation framework, and end-to-end testing of conversational AI solutions built on AWS Lex and Google Dialogflow (CX/ES). The ideal candidate will oversee the testing lifecycle for steering bots, skill bots, and multi-bot orchestration while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and high-quality conversational experiences across voice and chat channels. This role requires strong technical leadership and expertise in conversational AI testing methodologies. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and test plans for conversational AI solutions, with a focus on AWS Lex and Google Dialogflow. * Lead a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations. * Oversee the entire testing lifecycle, including test planning, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and reporting. * Design and execute both manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and accuracy of conversational AI bots. * Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for regression testing and continuous integration. * Conduct thorough testing of various conversational flows, including intent recognition, entity extraction, dialog management, and context handling. * Ensure the quality of conversational experiences across voice and chat channels, including integration with telephony systems and messaging platforms. * Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development process. * Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution. * Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and QA practices. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and bug reports. * Manage and prioritize QA activities based on project timelines and business priorities. * Define and track key quality metrics to monitor the performance of conversational AI solutions. * Drive the adoption of best practices for testing conversational AI, including test data management, test environment setup, and test result analysis. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on testing conversational AI solutions. * Proven experience with testing AWS Lex and Google Dialogflow (CX/ES) platforms. * Strong understanding of conversational AI concepts, including natural language processing (NLP), intent recognition, and entity extraction. * Experience with designing and executing test cases for various conversational flows and scenarios. * Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. * Experience with scripting languages, such as Python or Java. * Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Experience with Agile development methodologies. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
