Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading quality assurance efforts across multiple products, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies, automate test cases, and drive continuous improvement in our QA processes. Role and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs; Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases; Analyze and report on test results; Identify and document defects; Work closely with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall product quality; Participate in the development of test automation frameworks and tools; Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for software testing; Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software testing and automation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance; Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies; Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium); Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript; Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum framework; Excellent communication and collaboration skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
