Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - PERM

About the Role (your why) The Senior Quality Assurance Automation Engineering is responsible for carrying out Quality Assurance, technical and functional Automation testing services and related consulting activities for Datacom and Datacom clients. The work may be extended to do non-functional testing and other types of testing as required. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test and maintain automated testing frameworks and tools; • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications and systems; • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise testing requirements; • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members; • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the field of Quality Assurance Automation Engineering. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field; • At least 5 years’ experience in software testing and quality assurance automation engineering; • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies; • Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C# or similar; • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, TestComplete or similar; • Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
