Senior Quality Assurance Analyst - SBS Team

Apply now Learn more about ADP at tech.adp.com/careers WHAT YOU'LL DO: Here's what you can expect on a typical day: Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans. Execute test cases, analyze results, and identify, document, and track defects. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design reviews, and release testing. Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. Mentor and guide junior QA team members. Stay up-to-date with the latest testing technologies and best practices. Create and maintain test data and test environments. Perform performance and load testing. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing. Strong experience in automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar. Experience with mobile testing, including iOS and Android platforms. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST-assured. Experience with Agile development methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. BONUS POINTS FOR: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or Azure DevOps. Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.
