Senior, Quality Associate (Food & Safety, FMCG)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the food safety and quality team to ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Develop and implement food safety and quality policies, procedures, and guidelines. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure adherence to food safety protocols. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Manage and maintain the quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO 22000:2018 standards. Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, logistics, and procurement teams. Provide training and coaching to team members on food safety and quality principles. Conduct root cause analysis for non-conformities and implement corrective actions. Manage and track quality metrics, including defect rates, customer complaints, and product recalls. Ensure that all quality-related records are accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Develop and maintain a comprehensive quality manual, ensuring compliance with ISO 22000:2018 standards. Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to food safety protocols and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure that all corrective actions are implemented in a timely manner. Manage and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
