Senior Quality Analyst

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our payment services and solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, and developing and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. You must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, information technology, or a related discipline, and at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or testing. Knowledge of payment systems, financial services, and regulatory requirements is an asset.
