Ihre Aufgaben

• Development and execution of test plans

• Creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test reports

• Conducting manual or automated tests to validate software functionality and identify defects

• Analysis of test results and identification of defects and tracking these until resolution

• Communication with developers and other team members to resolve defects

• Identifying and proposing improvements for testing processes, tools, and methods

• Communicating test results and defect reports to project participants in a timely manner

• Project planning and scheduling activities

• Adhering to project timelines and milestones and escalating problems

Muss-Anforderungen

• Minimum of two verifiable reference projects within the last five years with extensive and current experience in testing Conversational AI and chatbots like Cognigy, KI-Agents or Liveagents

• Expertise in designing and implementing test architectures for MCP and GenAI-Integration, evidenced by a description of the approach and at least two project references

• Very good knowledge in creating automated test cases for Conversational Interfaces, evidenced by at least two project references including project descriptions and used tools

• Experience with testing methodologies for KI components, such as validating NLP/NLU, End-to-End-Testing, and ethical aspects, evidenced by at least two project references including project description and used methods and technologies

Kann-Anforderungen

• Extensive experience with the Cognigy and MCP platform, evidenced by at least two reference projects in the CV

• Methodological competence in using modern test frameworks and automation tools like Selenium, Katalon or Robot Framework, evidenced by certificates or at least three project references

• Experience testing solutions with GenAI-Integration, evidenced by certificates or at least two project references

• Minimum of three years project experience and fundamental knowledge in agile development models like Scrum or Kanban

• Ability to create structured and methodical test concepts and test documentation, evidenced by the submission of an anonymized example

• Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex testing topics within the team, verified through personal conversation

• Experience with monitoring solutions for test evaluation, evidenced by at least two project references including project descriptions and used tools

• German language skills in writing and speaking on at least level B1, verified through personal conversation
