Senior QA/SQA Engineer | Automation & Manual Testing, API, Web & Mobile

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior QA Engineer who can own and drive both manual and automation testing. This is not just about following test cases — you will be building, optimizing, and executing test strategies that ensure speed, accuracy, and reliability for our global AI-powered KYC platform. You will work closely with development teams to catch issues early, automate repetitive validations, and deliver high-quality releases in our high-paced, client-driven environment. Responsibilities * Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and API testing. * Lead the automation efforts, including framework design, test script creation, and maintenance. * Perform both manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing. * Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure high-quality product delivery. * Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of the QA processes and methodologies. * Mentor and guide junior QA engineers. * Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release. * Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. * Create and maintain test data. * Stay up-to-date with the latest testing tools and technologies. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. * 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance. * Strong experience in both manual and automation testing. * Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium). * Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Rest-assured). * Experience with testing web and mobile applications. * Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices. * Experience with performance and security testing. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Experience with Agile methodologies. * Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
